Job Description / Responsibility:
Deal with customer over phone
Listen and understand customer queries and respond promptly.
Provide solution to customers as per company policy
Documentation and maintain records of every dealing issues.
Follow up and measure the solution status.
Collect feedback from customers
Responsible for complain management
Good Knowledge in MS Office Application Computer Skill
Job Nature: Full-time (8 hours per shift)
Educational Requirements: Graduate With Strong Communication Skill

0 to 1 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone
Age 18 to 25 year(s)

Excellent Bangla and English language communication skill and able to listen, speak, read and write in both language, (English certificate are preferred).

Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan)
Salary Range : Tk. 15,000 – 25,000
Transport will be provided by company.
Yearly increment based on performance.
Weekly day off and holiday as per Government & Prodhan Group calendar.
