Position: General Manager, Sales & Marketing
Job Location: Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka
No. of Vacancies: 01
Academic Requirements: MBA /Masters preferably major in Marketing from any reputed university.
Required Experience: The applicants should have 15 years & above working experience in Sales & Marketing (FMCG).
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Company’s Sales management that includes monitoring large number of field force, fixing territory wise sales target, formulating incentives to field forces, launching new product, evaluation of the selling skills of field force.
Monitor the sales against targets and plan to meet sales forecasts.
Analyze market and suggest relevant ideas in terms of product, price, and promotion.
Develop and execute appropriate promotional plans and strategies to create demand of the product.
Planning, developing and implementing sales structure in the organization.
Formulating sales strategy and action plan.
Providing strategic guideline for upgrading a poor market to a good market or better with respect to all sales yardsticks.
Conducting regular marketing research with an objective to remain updated about the industry.
Any other task assign by superior.
Additional Requirements:

Business analysis
Negotiation techniques
Reporting modalities
