Sales Strategy Senior Manager
Develop distribution channel plan in line with company strategy to make Banglalink products and services available
Plan and implement channel rewards structure to keep channel motivated
Develop and drive digital and alternate channel to achieve alternate channel volume target & cost saving
Lead and follow up team to implement distribution channel strategy
Co-ordinate with relevant cross-functional team to take their buy in and ensure their full co-operation in execution of distribution channel strategy
Review and ensure distributor’s profitability and sustainability; Budgetary control of commission budget
Develop and execute competitive channel reward scheme to achieve sustainable competitive edge
Observe & forecast competition move, analyze competitions’ move and reward structure to recommend way forward
Co-ordinate and assist in launching channel incentive scheme; taking cross functional team on-board regarding new commission or incentive scheme
Analyze proposal of new mini distribution points or small distributor for improving efficiency of distributorship and to cater market opportunity
Required Academic Qualifications
Bachelors of Business Administration – preferable in marketing major
Minimum 6 to 8 years total experience with 3-4 years’ relevant experience Sale Channel/Distribution field
Required Knowledge & Skills
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Sales & Distribution functions.
Strong knowledge on development of Distribution/Channel planning strategies to respond to broad scale and long-term market dynamics.
In-depth knowledge of Trade Marketing & Retail
Sound knowledge on financial resources allocation in different activities and projects to make a plan & budget
Sound knowledge on completive environment in telecommunication industry.
Thorough understanding and on hand experience of channel operations and channel reward scheme execution.
Sound knowledge on survey method and techniques
Strong business acumen on current industry trends and innovations.
