Senior Manager, T4D (Contractual); Health Nutrition and Population Programme (HNPP)
Oversee technology portion of healthcare projects starting from concept development, proposal writing, project implementation, monitoring and reporting throughout. Supervise and guide all team members involved in the project with relevant responsibilities. Able to make regular field visits, especially in rural areas and different facilities.
Manage IT projects including systems analysis and networks following SOP which includes initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of individual project. Identify system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Help senior leadership to develop technology vision of health programme aligned with organizational policies and strategies.
Analyze the business requirement of Health Programme to determine their technology needs (current and future), manage, coordinate and communicate with different vendors.
Prepare the progress report for the management/donor/partner on due time.
Prepare/revise budget and track financial expenditure.
Liaise with the ICT team, Government, development partners, different stakeholder and NGOs within and outside the organization at national and international level.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Masters in Health Informatics/ IT/ CSE from any recognised university/ institutions. Candidates having MPH will be given preference
Minimum 8 years of working experience in the relevant field
Possesses significant knowledge of complex database concepts
Strong knowledge on Public Health sector
Knowledge on MedTech
Knowledge on machine learning
Skills on HMIS (Health Management Information System)
Skills in project management
