Job Description / Responsibility
  • The candidate should be technically sound in Garments costing & manufacturing process.
  • Handle Buyer accounts independently starting from development to shipment.
  • Preparation of product costing, pricing & production plans.
  • Close follow up of orders and ensures timely shipment within a budget, effectively uses of tools such as spread sheets, follow up sheet, internally within the team and with buyers to enable systematic follow up of orders.
  • Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
  • Responsible for coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre - production sample.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc.) and update buyers.
  • Exhibits product knowledge and working knowledge, checks accurate consumption of all piece goods and ensures early approvals and bulk booking within agreed time line.
  • Co-ordinate with buyer, accessories supplier, factory management and planning for on time shipment.
  • Negotiate all consumption and costs (CM, Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, etc. with internal concerned persons.
  • Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc.) and update buyers.
  • Contact, quote and sampling for new buyers for existing product range.
  • Maintain all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities.
  • Ability to organize the task to meet the deadline.
  • Any other responsibilities assign by the management.

    Must be a graduate or preferably from textile engineering or apparel manufacturing background.

  • At least 5 year(s)

  • Age 28 to 32 year(s)
  • Possess high degree of correspondence skills & analytical ability.
  • Should have sound knowledge of costing, pattern making, products, fabrics, Fashionable Wash, consumption, accessories, trims, fashion trends etc.
  • Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
  • Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure and be able to anticipate quick solutions to any problems.
  • Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment.
