Job Description / Responsibility
- Collect payments from customers.
- Write patrons` food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
- Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
- Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Escort customers to their tables.
- Any other duty entrusted by the management.
- HSC from any discipline.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 30 year(s)
- Possess previous Hotel/High Profile Restaurant/Members Club experience will be preferable but fresh are encourage to apply.
- Exceptional communication skills and great customer service skills
- A positive, punctual and professional approach
- Excellent floor craft
- Excellent attention to detail
- Perfect personal grooming and presentation
- A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile
- Good working knowledge of English language
