Job Description / Responsibility
- Attend customer questions, complaints and facilitate satisfactory resolution as and when required to assist the team.
- Ensures continuous follow up to meet customer’s deadlines.
- Monitor & evaluate service quality to both internal and external customers.
- Analyze statistics of customer satisfaction to determine the level of customer service provided by the team.
- Initiates relevant course of action to improve overall service quality.
- Perform inspirational role as a team member of Customer Service Section.
- Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service’ departmental team.
- Any other task assigned by the Manager.
- HSC (Student can apply).
- At least 3 year(s)
