To flourish the activities of marketing team in a challenging environment, BRAC Enterprises is looking for dynamic and potential leader for the following enlisted position:
Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager, Marketing
Manage brand and branding activities of the enterprises
Facilitate enterprises sales, distribution channel management, supply chain, client/ customer relationship management, pricing, product development, packaging, market promotions, campaign & event management, and various marketing activities
Provide marketing services that enable enterprises achieve its business growth, profit ability, and competitiveness in the market
Analyze market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis, research and feedback
Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts of the enterprises
Build marketing capacity of staffs to ensure expected performance in ever changing business environment
Manage overall marketing budget and initiatives
Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Educational Requirements: The candidate should have Graduate with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations Experience Requirements: At least 08 years
Additional Job Requirements:
Must have excellent analytical ability
Must have good communication skill both in Bengali and English
Must have manage several assignments simultaneously and work under pressure
Must have ability to build capacity in team members and other stakeholders
