Functional Position
IT Support Executive
Report to
Help Desk Coordinator
Major Responsibilities
  • Hardware Maintenance & Trouble Shooting
  • Provide proper solution of Hardware and software related problems over phone
  • Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer
  • Perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor
Required Academic and other Qualifications
  • Diploma in computer science from any poly technique institute
Required Experience
  • 2 years experiences in relevant field. The year of experience may be relaxed for any extra-ordinary candidate.
  • Working experience incall center will be an added advantage.
Required Traits/ Competencies
  • Self-Starter, proactive, positive
  • Capability of working in challenging and demanding situations.
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work in a flexible schedule and travel frequently
Salary Range: Negotiable (based on experience and competencies)
