(EML), a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as an Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Color TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. under different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, HAIKO, PHILIPS, MIDEA, SAMSUNG, SYMPHONY, HONEYWELL, FORBES etc. is now searching for qualified and experienced individual for the following positions for its Sales & Marketing Division:
Position    
:
General Manager - Corp. Sales & Marketing
Qualification
:
Master’s Degree/MBA under any discipline. (academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience).
Experience
:
Minimum 15 (fifteen) years job experience and out of this, at least 5 (five) years’ experience with reputed brand(s) at same position in the relevant field.
Age Limit
:
Below 40 Years
Requirements
:
 
 To work as the team leader for marketing and business development of various brands of electronic home appliances and air conditioners in corporate bodies and various institutions.  Maintain communication and supply chain for corporate clientele including, invoicing, credit realization and order generation.  Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing conditions of the brands under the organization resembling the highest Quality and sincerity.  Generate Daily/ Monthly/ half-yearly/ yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.  Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & report writing.  Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.

Experience
:
Minimum 3 (three) years job experience with reputed brand(s) at same position in the relevant field (academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience).

 To work as a team member for marketing and business development for dealers and retailers nation-wide;  To create new dealers/retailers;  Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;  Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;  Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;  Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet;  Report on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance;  Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the country.

Executive - National Sales (Dealer Division)

In-Charge – Showroom [Dhaka/Cox’s Bazar]
Qualification
:
Bachelor Degree under any discipline. Masters/MBA will be considered as added advantage.
Experience
:
Minimum 5 (five) years job experience in showroom sales & marketing.
Age Limit
:
Below 35 Years
Requirements
:
 
 To run individually a showroom/display center where 5-8 personnel are engaged for daily retail sales of all different brands and commodities represented by the company.  Manage the everyday operations of a showroom including, sales, marketing accounts, inventory, customer relations & care  Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing conditions of the brands under the organization resembling the highest Quality and sincerity.  Should be able to work under pressure Generate Monthly/half-yearly/yearly reports in accordance with various report formats and as may be required by the management.  Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet.
