A fast growing pharmaceutical company intends to recruit Finance Executives in the position of Assistant General Manager/ General Manager:

Job Description/ Responsibility:
Overall activities such as financial planning, controlling, coordinating and supervising the finance organization of the company.
Capable to prepare Cash Flow, Financial Forecasting, Balance Sheet, Budget and control the entire financial functions of the organization.
Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, departmental budgets, and to plan, develop, direct, control and analyze all financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and information reports so as to review operational issues impacting the company and pinpoint the weak areas.
Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and operational plans including project appraisal, feasibility study, capital budgeting & review, credit management, investment & overall financial management of the company.
Conduct a periodical review of Financial and others Manual and operation policies and procedures, as and when necessary conduct amendments/ improvements.
Provide timely and accurate analysis of budget, financial reports in order to assist the management in performing their responsibilities.
Improve Management Information System (MIS) and coordinate ERP system in full pleasure in all operations area of the company.
Proactively address any financial issues and resolve ensuring best interest of the company in a compliant manner.
Evaluate the finance division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the company as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth.
Chartered Accountant with Masters/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance.
Minimum 8-9 years working experience preferably in pharmaceuticals industry.
Hands-on experience on integrated financial management software.
Adequate knowledge in Income Tax, VAT & Companies Act, and other regulatory bodies’ related laws, rules etc.
Proven leadership and analytical skills.
Outstanding ability of verbal and written communication in both Bengali and English at all levels.
Age: Age should not be over 42 years.
