Position: Front Desk OfficerNo of Vacancy: 01 Job Description / Responsibility:
Welcoming the clients / visitors / guests in front office.
Receiving all the telephone calls.
Maintaining PABX system, telephone line.
Supporting staff movement in and out of organization.
Coordinating with courier services for receiving and delivering official documents.
Preserving master file.
Registered all received bills.
Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Graduate in any discipline from reputable educational institution.
Additional Job Requirements:
Candidates must be self motivated and able to work independently.
Candidates should have a pleasant personality and presentable appearance.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally.
Experience Requirement :
The applicants who have experience in the Front Desk, Personal Secretary or Reception will be given preference.
