Job purpose: To deal with the day to day issues that arises in the course of business with smoothly and on schedule with right of way, capable to prepare budget for every event/campaign and lead the team with decision making aptitude. Job Requirement:
8 to 10 years relevant experiences showing their area of responsibilities and how they will be contribute to the growth of agency.
Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
A vast knowledge of advertising, printing and event management.
Leadership and time management skills.
Excellent people skills (ability to lead and motivate a team), performance management and improvement system.
He must be confident, persuasive, detail oriented and has the ability to work under pressure as part of a team or independently.
He must understand clients needs from agency and have the ability to help deliver it.
Monitor operations to ensure organizational goals are met.
Formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources.
Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of companies to operate more efficiently.
Generate relevant operational documentation.
Fosters strong relationships with billing and collections teams to ensure proper billing and collection processes are supported for all advertising programs.
Ability to multitask, efficiently manage time and prioritize responsibilities.
Post Graduate degree from a reputed University in any discipline
