Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
The applicant must be a Female and should be a Confirm Graduate from reputed overseas or domestic University (preferably with “O” & “A” Level background)
Able to work independently and long hours on occasion, under the guidance of The General Manager
Minimum 4 years of working experience in a multinational company or large corporate organization as a secretary to the CEO or in a similar management role
Excellent capability of drafting reports, business correspondence, memos and Meeting Minutes; Liaison with travel agencies, hotel bookings for the Executives and arrange travel plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla and English for our International Clients; Business hospitality English is exclusively required as the candidate will be meeting directly with clients and Diplomatic Corp.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a must
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Must possess elegant business look, well groomed, courteous and maintain excellent inter- personal relationships
Age limit maximum 32 years as on June 27, 2015 which may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate
Maintain personal files of Executive Committee Members, Department Heads and Expatriates
Liaison with PPHG Singapore Corporate Office
Assistant Guest Services Manager

Responsibilities (Key points):
Assistant Guest Services Manager (AGSM) must perform the role in the Front Office Department to oversee all guest services operations including Front Desk, Room Reservations, Concierge, Business Centre and Transportation to ensure world class hospitality service to the Hotel guests.
Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka is proud to host business travelers, delegations, dignitaries, and VIPs, among them more than 90% are foreign nationals. Guests Services Manager must possess the quality of effective communications skill with Hotel guests, has the ability to handle and address any guests’ complaint with high confidence.
The incumbent have to perform duty in a shift as a representative of the highest Management which required having strong decision making capability on behalf of the Hotel.
Minimum Graduate from any recognized University
Five years working experience in a renowned Hotel Industry
Maximum 40 years of age as of June 27, 2015
Sound knowledge on Property Management System will be an added advantage
Computer skill on MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point
Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken form in English and Bangla. Proficiency in any other foreign language and any course on Hotel Management will be an added advantage.

Leadership quality, decision making and problem solving capability
Ability to handle guest requirement & guest satisfaction
