Plan seeks to ensure the rights of children to education, health, safe water and sanitation, protection, youth social and economic empowerment and climate change, environmental degradation and natural or man-made disaster hazards throughout the country.

Reporting to the Country Director, the Coordinator-Executive Office will be responsible for maintaining the office of Country Director and managing his/her schedules including travels/visits; providing secretarial support to the Country Director. This position is also responsible for coordinating monthly CMT (country management team) /quarterly ECMT (extended country management team) meetings, maintain meeting minutes as well as follow up on the agreed decisions from these meetings and sharing updates. Another key responsibility includes providing updates on the upcoming major events, coordinating international visitors travel in coordination with admin department; and coordinating and organizing national /international events led by country office.
For this role, the candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years experience in relevant field preferably in an INGO/development organization. Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla; proficiency in Word, Excel and Email operations are essential requirements. The position holder must be an excellent team player with the ability to work under pressure. The position requires occasional field visits to Programmes area.
