  • Global Payments and Cash Management (PCM) is made up of almost 10,000 people, across more than 60 countries. The business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders across currencies and regulations, quickly and cost effectively with dedicated in country and regional support. Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognised by the industry’s most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional and country awards.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Seek ongoing improvements to the implementation processes by reviewing processes, providing feedback and recommendations to Head of PCM, by sharing best practices or experiences with other team members
  • Support overseas PCM Implementation teams in regional deals requiring DAK PCM participation by liaising very closely with overseas PCM offices to understand the solutions
  • Participate in deal teams to assist Sales to close deals with major customers by jointly developing and tailoring cash management solutions
  • Plan, lead and deliver domestic and regional Cash Management solutions for customers (covering account, liquidity and transactional management and Electronic Banking) for large-scale implementations by regularly liaising with customers (CIB/CMB)
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
  • Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators
  • Ensure awareness of compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy

    Bachelor degree preferably in business background from a public/private university
Experience Requirements
    At least 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
  • To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum five years of experience preferably in the cash management and corporate banking
  • Minimum four years of experience in managing and implementing projects and product/selling environment
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders (customers, employees, peer, etc.)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skill
  • Excellent data analysis, decision making and problem solving skill
