Job Description / Responsibility

  • To monitor national and international communications.
  • To Co-ordinate with overseas office`s inter-department & CEO.
  • To prepare presentations and reports for CEO.
  • Maintain calendars - arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and logistics.
  • Provide telephone coverage - answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive’s whereabouts at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.
  • Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings (internal meetings typically require extensive coordination).
  • Attend meeting with CEO at Rajuk, Bank & other govt. & private offices
  • Compose and type agendas and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings and development activities.
  • Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues.
  • Sending meeting confirmation emails; prepare and distribute meeting materials.
  • Prepare various materials when requested, using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Handle CEO departmental others administrative , HR & cultural activities
  • Arrange project handing over ceremony, cultural program
  • CEO driver, front desk, logistic executive, personal security monitoring & daily working schedule given
  • Assist in personal banking support and other related works
  • To attend corporate affairs, Department daily work monitoring.
  • communicate with CEO related Govt./Private Agencies,
  • daily CEO appointment fix up,
  • Receive CEO related valued guests/Land owners, clients
  • public relation developments
  • attend phone calls of CEO
  • receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,
  • attend meeting with CEO
  • Monitoring CEO Travel related works, ticketing, visa & others
  • communicate with others dept
  • attend fair, business developments local, foreign tour
  • look after CEOs order, office order or instructions
  • communicate CEOs others department
  • others as per direction of CEO

    Graduate, Hons` in English, BBA, MBA.
Experience Requirements

    Advertising Ageny, Call Center, Developer, Engineering Firms, Event Management, Real Estate

  • (2-3) years any Public relation of AIR LINES / CABIN CREW /NEWS PRESENTATION/MOBILE COMPANY/ REAL ESTATE preferred.
