Job Description / Responsibility
- Participate to company’s long term business strategy formulation forum with senior management and provide significant input.
- Develop yearly business plan and revenue projection for achieving organizational objectives
- Co-ordinate with sales team in achieving yearly revenue target.
- Increase market coverage through activation at every zila, upazila, level with dealers, retailers / Distributors.
- Analyze industry trends and identifying new business opportunities.
- Analyze the supply & demand of products, changing market trends & identify consumer requirements competitors activity & maintain selling price accordingly.
- Develop product brochures, PR releases and any type of content related to marketing activities.
- Plan, arrange logistic support and ensure proper execution of various events.
- Accomplish Marketing & Sales objectives by planning, developing, Implementing, & evaluating advertizing & other trade promotion programs.
- Relationship development activities with corporate bodies, Channel Partners (Distribution/Dealers/Retailers).
- Plan & execute brand promotion activities using the appropriate means of market communication tools.
- Plan & execute various trade promotion in collaboration with sales team in order to meet targeted sales revenue.
- Masters/ MBA from any reputed university. (Preferably in Marketing)

Additional Job Requirements
- 7 to 8 year(s) experience with proven track record.
- Excellent communication & presentation skill.
- Fair knowledge on Electrical & Electronics products and services.
