Job Description / Responsibility
- Liaison with potential clients for generating new sales
- Pursue to receive confirm work order for the surveyed link and verify it with the initial survey details.
- Receive BW up-gradation, down-gradation and disconnection request from clients and process for the further action as per the company policy
- Get confirmation from the client against the commissioning mail.
- Take proper initiative to sign agreement with clients and ensure that the service is given as per the agreement.
- Note down the link details to the register and get approval from the concerned account managers.
- Prepare BW up-gradation, down-gradation and disconnection report for the concern account managers
- Liaison with clients for their service related and other complain and take necessary steps to restore as per the client’s satisfaction.
- Co-operate concern account manager for preparing monthly sales and revenue report for the higher management.
- Co-operate concern account manager for collecting revenue from the clients
- Any work assign by management.
- Business Graduate (BBA/ MBA Major in Marketing)
- B.Sc Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication is preferred
- 1 to 2 year(s)
