Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead all team members of Restaurant & Kitchen department including Service, to provide quality food and standard service to the customer.
- Monitor guest questionnaires to identify shortfalls and remedy service issues.
- Provide a professional, efficient and support service to increase restaurant guest’s satisfaction level.
- Attend promptly to all guest complaints and requests.
- Coordinate and direct kitchen staff on preparation of menu items and daily special.
- Introduce new menu items of choice
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the restaurant
- Graduation any recognized University and preferable with diploma in hotel & restaurant management.
