Action Contre la Faim (ACF) is a non-Governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit international humanitarian organization, founded in 1979 in France and in coordination with five established independent Head Quarters in France, USA, UK, Spain and Canada, delivering program in over 40 counties now. The mission of ACF International is to save lives by eliminating hunger through prevention, detection and treatment of malnutrition, especially during and after emergency situations of conflict, war and natural disaster. ACF is recognized worldwide as a leader in the fight against hunger.
ACF International has been actively working since September 2007 in different location of Bangladesh through 244 national staffs and 7 expatriate staffs. They are working with ACF International basically under 2 types of contract – open ended and contractual (Fix Term) and as per the salary grid of ACF-Bangladesh Mission they are paid in a monthly basis.
The Management of ACF Mission in Bangladesh is responsible for the safeguard of ACF’s Charter, Policy, Regulations for prevention of any error and non-compliance with relevant legislation in Bangladesh and ACF rules and regulations. ACF-Bangladesh Mission is seeking for Tax Consultant (Income Tax Practitioner / Consultant Firm) in view of having technical support to calculate Income Tax to be deducted at source for the national staffs of ACF- Bangladesh Mission for the Financial Year 2015-2016, following the Government rules and regulations.
The bidder shall submit two (2) copies of Technical and Financial proposal (in printed copies) along with detail CV duly signed in a single sealed envelope. The CV must contain the experience of the similar work. The financial proposals should be marked properly and should include the name and contact details (address, telephone number, mobile number, and email) of the bidder. Price should be in Local Currency (Bangladesh TAKA) including VAT & TAX. The proposal must include the copy of documents e.g Trade License, VAT Registration, Tax Certificate, etc. The proposal must have the validity for 3 months.
The proposals should be submitted in envelopes on or before 30th July, 2015 to Head of HR, ACF Bangladesh, Orin Tower, House 23, Road 113A, Gulshan 2, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh and bear the remark of “Proposal for Income Tax Consultant”

The interested bidder should apply for the entire baseline study work as a “Single package” And no partial / incomplete application will be considered during selection process.
