Officer, Operations & Regulatory Affairs
Job Grade: OG-II
Employment Type: Full Time Employment                                          Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop procedure and guidelines as required by management and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensuring circulation of related Policies, procedure, guidelines and instruction to respective departments and branches.
  • Keep in touch with Regulators for new and amendments of guideline / circular / policies
  • Manage central archive of Regulations, Policies & Guidelines
  • Provide support and educate Business and IT Staff for IT Compliance related issues.
  • Obtain Regulatory approvals / License for Business Expansion and Relocations, Projects
  • Ensure regulatory requirements are fulfilled while launching a new Product, Project, Process, Business Centers (Branches, Krishi Branches, SME Service Centers, ATM Booths, SME Unit Office, any other Front or Back Offices),
  • Assists in ensuring compliance of business, operation and support function as required by the management and regulatory bodies. 
  • Handled the query of Bangladesh Bank.
  • Take up other project assigned by the Supervisor and Head of the Division.
  • Conduct report preparation when and as required by the supervisor/management.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
  • No Experience required. Fresh University graduate with minimum CGPA 3 on a scale of 4
  • Demonstrable linguistic skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla
  • Organized, professional, with attention to timeliness
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player
  • Proficient in computer skill
