Job Responsibilities:

Conducting in-house training: 
  • Develop and continually upgrade and inventory of training organizations within the country.
  • Assist Training Manager to develop training curriculum and training materials and revise course module according to training needs.
  • Organize all the training timely according to the annual training plan and ensure all logistical support to trainees attending courses.
  • Conduct and facilitate the training sessions and prepare training report
  • Collect feedback and follow-up of all training.
  • Work with the Services, Finance and Administration, to identify and any additional training needs of personnel;
Developing training program:
  • Assist TM in developing any new package and organize different types of workshops as and when required;
  • Ensure physical facilities for training for MS and other organizations
  • Assist TM to identify training topic and participate in/organize development of training packages which are of potential interest to MS/other organization
  • Market MS training to potential organizations and liaise with them.
  • Prepare and update data base of external and in house trainers
  • Keep up to date information on new training techniques / technologies
  • Ensure timely and effective administration of all training
Preparing and monitoring of training budget:
  • Prepare a budget for in-house training according to Annual Training Plan
  • Monitor the budget on regularly basis and keep the TM informed.
  • Keep information with proper justification and concerned person’s approval regarding any changes from the approved annual training plan.
  • Charge course fee to project of MS 
  • Pay course fee to other organization when any training course is contacted out. 
Maintenance of resource centre:
  • Update and maintain resource center
  • 5. Update training database
  • Input data to prepare database of all staff of MS. 
  • Any other responsibilities, which may be assigned from time to time by management.
Educational Requirements:
  • Candidates’ should have MBBS/ Master’s degree in Social Science. 
  • MSB invites applications for Program Officer (Training) position under Link Up project for its Dhaka Head Office.
Experience Requirements:
  • At least 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Should have a Basic ToT and knowledge and training skills in Reproductive Health issues like Family Planning, Menstrual Regulation, Sexually Transmitted Infections etc.
  • 03 years experences in developing training modules, coordinating training programmes, conducting sessions, developing training budget and training reporting. 
  • Good presentation, writing and spoken communication skills both in English & Bengali are essential. 
  • This position requires frequent field visits.
Salary Range: Negotiable
