Job Description / Responsibility
  • To grow the revenue, profitability, trading and to achieve the set targets through acquisition of new customer and development of existing customers by selling the full range of TNT products and solutions and by ensuring customers are charged the correct price for the service, we are looking for dynamic, aggressive and target oriented sales professionals as Territory Sales Manager.
  • Plan and sell products in order to implement the sales plan
  • Implement revenue quality initiatives in order to execute the revenue quality plans
  • Support in collecting and completing accurate data in order to improve data quality
  • Implement margin improvement initiatives in order to ensure higher return
  • Ensures continuous improvement in customer experiences through supporting the deployment of best practice processes
  • Supports or carries out local corrective action planning determined by Head of Sales.
  • Accurately completes sales reports within agreed time frames
  • Accurately updates the Sales systems on a timely basis in order to ensure complete and current client information is held
  • Reviews sales performance and prepares presentations as necessary for sales meetings, debriefs and reviews
  • Provides input into the determination of the existing and potential customers to be focused upon by each sales channel
  • Forms professional and appropriate relationships, where applicable, with key customers for the territory manager
  • Establish a customer-focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
  • Works with cross-functional colleagues to ensure all customers and related functional processes are consistently applied to improve the customer experience.

  • Delighting customers
  • Proactive, Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
