  • Managing resources to meet daily delivery schedules.
  • Effectively managing multiple orders to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the Clients satisfaction.
  • Providing guidance to subordinates on company goals and policy.
  • Looking after post sale client relationships.
  • Monitoring staff to ensure the prompt resolution to all client queries.
  • Managing staff induction, training, and performance reviews.
  • Building strong, lasting client relationships with clients.
  • Spotting new client business opportunities.
  • Building up a working knowledge of clients operating environment.
  • Conducting key client facing meetings.
  • Resolving conflicts within the project team.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to clients.
  • Writing up service delivery reports.
  • Providing value adds and establishing best practices
  • Providing cost savings through Automations
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
  • More than 3 years of working experience in project delivery of a BPO industry (Non Voice)
  • Have worked in an offshore delivery environment
  • Offshore onsite working experience will be an added advantage

AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Service Delivery Management:
  • Exposure in implementation of IT solutions in Banking Financial Services sector
  • Strong program governance and risk management
  • Exposure in BPO operations (Finance Shared Service Set up, Process Migration, Operations), Finance & Accounts.
  • Experience in Financial Services, BPO industry covering, Business Process Consultancy Service,  Project management, Business Process Re-engineering, solution design, Project Planning (Turn key Projects) Budgets and implementation
Project Management:
  • Techno functional exposure in Managing IT & Functional Project.
  • Exposure in requirements management, release management, strategic planning, change management, quality improvement, coordination and leadership.
  • Provide hands-on training and motivate personnel in building strong teams, and lead staff toward maximum potential.
Process Improvement:
  • Initiate cost containment processes, operational efficiency
  • Automations & driving productivity enhancements
Job Location: Dhaka
Salary Range: Negotiable
