Job Description / Responsibility
- Attracts potential patients / customers by answering product and service in the hospital, questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
- To open patients / customer accounts by recording account information.
- To maintain patients / customer records by updating account information.
- To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the patients / customer`s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- To maintain financial accounts by processing patients / customer adjustments.
- To recommend potential products or services to management by collecting patients / customer information and analyzing patients / customer needs.
- To prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing patients / customer information.
- To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- BBA/ BA/ B.Sc/ MBA or equivalent with practical knowledge in related field. Candidates who have a marketing background will be given preference.
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- He needs to have strong communication and management skill with desire computer literacy. ( Without any Computer Efficiency disencourage to apply.)
- Job holder must have good presence and leadership ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali & English.
- The applicants should have experience in the related field ( Longtime experience in Hospital will be preferable )
