Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long term for ensuring sustainable profit and volume growth of company products. Effectively implement sales, promotional and advertising programs as specified and assigned for designated channels.
- Distributor Management for ensuring zero stock-out situations.
- Continuous improvement and working collectively to achieve desired objectives.
- Resourceful with excellent management and interpersonal skills.
- Establish Corporate Brand in the designated markets.
- Frequent Market visit, Negotiation & Rate Confirmation.
- Identifying opportunities for promoting sales in Conventional markets by meeting new clients, forecasting & determining strategies for achieving sales target through Sales Planning.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management as per company requirement.
- BBA/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed university (Graduation from IBA, DU, NSU, EWU, BRAC & AIUB preferred).

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 year(s)
- 2-5 years of experience in direct/indirect sales in FMCG, Multinational Buying House or Multinational Companies dealing consumer goods.
- A self-starter, fast thinker, creative, innovative, industrious, result oriented with `Can Do` attitude.
- Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Be flexible to provide off-hour support
- Must have regular knowledge in IT.
- Ability to work under stressful situation.
