Job Description / Responsibility
  • Conduct Training needs assessment (TNA) and prepare the training strategy and calendar as per TNA along with maintaining proper documentation
  • Plan, design and implement the Training schedule / outline as per TNA and programme needs / requirements
  • Conduct / arrange the discussion with programme, FGD, One-to-one session and analyze the needs
  • Take approval and finalize the TNA process, training strategy and calendar
  • Design and development of training module / content / TOT module and ensure effectiveness of training programme
  • Responsible for all monitoring, follow-up, communication, back and forth process, recovery management process (in case of any wrong happenings) with the programme
  • Responsible to equip facilitators by TOT module and continuous follow-up
  • Responsible for continuous follow-up with the programme to understand further improvement in training module and then to re-equip the facilitator with the changes / modifications
  • Gather best practices, new training methods / processes from the industry and re-equip / update the facilitator accordingly with the changes
  • Act as facilitator, if needed
  • Act as development hub for BRAC values
  • Provide support in preparation of annual Module & Training budget
Job Nature

Educational Requirements
    Bachelor degree from any recognised university with all 2nd class / division / CGPA 2.50 in all academic records. Post-graduation Diploma in HRM (Human Resource Management) will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
    At least 3 year(s)

  • Age At most 35 year(s)
  • Practical knowledge on training and development, organizational development, talent management, human capital development and budget
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill
  • Need to be influencing and value driven
  • Have partnership building capacity
  • Train The Trainers (TTT) certification will be an added advantage
