Job Description / Responsibility
- Implement management strategies accordingly for assigned territory
- Work with all personal and outside contracts to satisfy customers and achieve company goals
- Keep up-to-date on market trends and new products
- Manage Merchant, SME and D2D customer portfolio at region
- Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company with new and existing customers
- Instruct, train, mentor and manage sales team of third parties
- Sell bKash services and reach revenue quotas for new customers
- Provide guidance to the M-Commerce & Direct Sales team and improve overall department performance
- Deploy and maintain effective programs for direct sales new and existing customers that are cost justified
- Provide detail reporting on monthly acquisition, forecast and activity, both personal targets and agency sales team performance
- Represent bKash in a positive and professional manner in the market
- BBA/ MBA from any reputed university
- 1 to 3 year(s)
