Position: Manager (Sales Force Training)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and manages a team of sales trainers to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) for FP/AM/RSM with required budget.
  • Devise Training Plan and take budget approval from the Management
  • Formulate Primary and secondary training programs for the sales personnel
  • Train and Develop country-wide sales force on existing and new products range of the company.
  • Conduct team building exercises to increase team skills and communications and improve morale and productivity.
  • Ensures training programs are aligned with budget and current business needs
  • Evaluates and measure the effectiveness of all training activities to ensure that they are meeting the training and business objectives and evaluate the ROI on training.
  • Provides insights and leadership around training trends, benchmarks and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate/post graduate in biological science preferably in pharmacy from any reputed university. Having MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates having Certificate on ToT (Trainings of Trainer) shall be given preference.
Experience:
  • 6-7 years of post qualification experience of which at least 3 years in the area of specialization.
  • Working as sales trainer in a pharmaceutical company will be given preference.
General Requirements & Competencies for the position:
  • Candidates should have the ability to work independently and under strictest deadline, leading capabilities and aggressive selling skill.
  • Must have strong technical knowledge of company products and sales techniques.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Candidate should have strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Candidate should have written and verbal communication ability in English.
  • Candidates should have strong presentation skill, developing people skill, decision making and problem solving skills.
 Age limit: Up to 40 years
