As a part of our continuous growth in Bangladesh, we invite dynamic, self-motivated and high caliber individual to join our winning team.Senior Officer-Sales Operation Main Responsibilities:
Creating daily sales Invoices for the distributors & BEOL officials and timely & daily circulating it to the concern stake holders.
Daily report generating, payment flow tracking through SAP –SD system & reporting to SDM.
Weekly pouch leakage, customer ledger etc. update & on time report circulation.
Actively involve in Sales Automation development & daily report generation from it.
To remain as basic point of contact for customers (both field team & trade) with queries, complaints, and feedback requests etc.
Ensuring timely and professional responses, scrutinizing & recording to all complaints, requests and queries received from within the Team & outside and at the end completion & satisfaction of all customers.
Settlement of all necessary claims on monthly basis (e.g., Expenses, Damage goods decant claim etc.) of field Sales team.
Competitor information gathering from field Team on weekly basis & update the same to SDM, HSM & GM.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management of the company.
BBA/B.Com (Hons.) from any reputed university/institution.
At least 1-2 years working experience in any local/multinational FMCG companies.
Hands-on expertise with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Basic knowledge on SAP will be preferred.
Able to work under pressure independently with minimum supervision.
