Job detailsResponsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• This position demands the ability to juggle multiple priorities in short deadlines, adaptability to changing directions, orientation to results and high customer focus in areas of Human Resources. The incumbent may also be required to prepare basic data analysis.
• Drive & manage the execution of HR Services, Policies, and Practices within the assigned functions of the Bangladesh Profit Centre
• Partner with employees to ensure that HR services provided are aligned with line management and workforce needs
• Provide advice to managers/supervisors on HR Policy application & PD issues
• Assist in the development and deployment of new HR initiatives
• Responsible for Employee Relations support to the Profit Centre, e.g. investigate and report grievances/disciplinary cases, counsel employees for resolving performance and disciplinary issues
• Facilitate HR awareness and PD sessions within the allocated functions
• Provide data analysis and reporting support to the functions and Supervisor, HRBP as required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of HR Processes, Consulting and Employee Relations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self driven, ability to work as part of a team
• Proven skills in taking proactive initiatives and ability to follow through work independently
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
