Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-house training:
  • Assist Associate Training Manager to develop training curriculum and training materials
  • Revise course module and training materials according to training needs
  • Organize all the training timely according to the annual training plan and also other training if required.
  • Conduct and facilitate the training sessions
  • Prepare training report
  • Collect feedback and follow-up of all training.
  • Work with the Services, Finance and Administration, to identify and any additional training needs of personnel;
2. Coordinate Training courses:
  • Coordinate training courses as per annual training plan and as per plan circulated by Sr. Manager-Training.
  • Ensure proper selection of participants.
  • Ensure training venue with well ventilation, nice decoration and satisfactory spaces (if rented from outside).
  • Ensure approval of budget at least 7 days before the training.
  • Ensure all logistical support to trainees attending courses.
  • Prepare session schedule and ensure resource persons timely attendance in the training session.
  • Keep up to date information about the residential participants and take necessary action accordingly.
  • Arrange all practical sessions in the clinics and make arrangement for travel to the practical venue.
  • Prepare invoice after the completion of each batch of training and charge course fee and other expenses to the particular project.
  • Prepare certificate for the trainees.
  • Prepare training completion report.
3. Develop training program:
  • Organize different types of workshops as and when required;
  • Ensure physical facilities for training for MSB and other organizations
  • Assist Associate Manager-Training to identify training topic and participate in/organize development of training packages which are of potential interest to MSB/other organization
  • Market MSB training to potential organizations and liaise with them.
  • Keep up to date information on new training techniques / technologies
  • Ensure timely and effective administration of all training
4. Prepare and monitor of training budget:
  • Prepare a budget for in-house training according to Annual Training Plan.
  • Monitor the budget on regularly basis and keep the ATM informed.
  • Keep information with proper justification and concerned person’s approval regarding any changes from the approved Annual Training Plan.
  • Charge course fee to project of MSB
  • Payment course fee to other organization when any training course is contacted out.
5. Maintenance cleanliness of Training center:
  • Ensure physical set up of training sessions
  • Ensure the cleanliness of training room.
  • Ensure the training equipment, instruments and models are kept in safe and appropriate place.
6. Update training date base of MSB staff:
  • Input data to prepare database of all staff of MSB according to training courses organized during the year.
  • Keep track that every staff would receive training with a regular interval.
Any other responsibilities, which may be assigned from time to time by management.

Educational Requirements: 
  • Candidates’ should have MBBS. Candidates’ with MPH degree will be given preference. 
  • MSB invites applications for Program Officer (Training) position for its Dhaka Head Office.
Experience Requirements: 
  • At least 2 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Should have a Basic ToT and knowledge and training skills in Reproductive Health issues like IP, IUD, PAC, FP methods.
  • 02 year’s experences in developing training modules, coordinating training programmes, conducting sessions, developing training budget and training reporting. 
  • Good presentation, writing and spoken communication skills both in English & Bengali are essential. 
  • This position requires frequent field visits.
Salary Range: Negotiable
