Ensure superior service level to all customers by maintaining quality of communication and professionalism
Handle customer queries for any related issue and resolve complaints.
Maintain and receive incoming calls and forward them to the staffs.
Connect internal staffs to external bodies/organizations/companies as per need through telephones.
Collect payment cheque from Accounts Department & deliver it supplier, vendors & clients.
Collect all kinds of CV of applicants after any media advertisement and handover to HR department.
Record all visitors’ names in the register for future reference.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management for business interest.
Job Nature:Full Time Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 years Educational Requirements:
Graduate and Post-Graduate degree in any discipline from leading universities.
Proficient in English.
Additional Job Requirements:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good Computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
