Role Overview
The responsibility of this position is to manage/ provide employee service in effective and efficient way; This services will be available to users 24/7 basis. 
Job Responsibility
Attend all P&O related called in 333
To handle  Employee queries and provide proper solution
Be updated regarding P&O Products and Services
Understand Employee queries and provide solution
Dissimilate  queries to respective stakeholders and provide timely feedback  to ensure their satisfaction
To identify major problems in daily operation and work in team to get best solution
Education and Experience requirements
Experience:  
6 months + experience is preferable
Exposure in related areas      
Education:     
Bachelor from a reputed university
Special Skill
Positive attitudes and ability to handle pressure
Service Mindset and customer focused
Interpersonal and Influencing skills
Good stress management ability
Excellent in communication
Flexible to work round the clock
Expertise in Excel & Power point will be an added advantage
