Head of Regional Sales - B2C
Develop and direct the implementation of an operational distribution strategy for the commercial region
Ensure optimum availability of the products in line with national strategy
Assess outreach BL in the designated region
Guide the team in successfully addressing of regional issues
Contribute to campaign evaluation in accordance with changing trading and consumer environment to support the formulation of national Trade Marketing strategy
Provide guidance and support to team for effective planning of robust implementation of national product/tariff campaigns and promotional programs for Mass Market & Business segment
Correspond with Distribution Marketing to attain overall channel promotions strategy and with Trade Marketing team to receive information on particular new Trade promotions for disbursement to Supervisor for discussion and finalization
Ensure timely issuance of retailer commission through maintaining constant interaction with Sales Support team; Collaborate with the PR & Communication team for designing and putting up of billboards in beneficial sites.
Direct the team in efficient allocation of stock, merchandising materials and budget as per national direction and regional objectives.
Required Academic Qualifications
7-8 years’ total experience with 4-5 years’ relevant experience in Telecom Sales & Distribution
Required Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of Sales Strategy Planning and Implementation on a regional level
Sound understanding of Resource Management
In-depth insight into market and firm’s Trade Marketing capability
In-depth knowledge of Channel Management
In-depth knowledge of Sales Management
Complete understanding of Retail Management
Knowledge of relevant PTA regulations
