Job Description / Responsibility
Analysis of increasing the value of the cards that may include 2) discount b) points to redeem c) redeem dream points d) first booking priority, gifts on special occasion etc.
Introduction of different loyalty for different segment of customers.
Launching of different partnership agreement with different companies which increases value of the cards.
Reduction of churn rate and increment of CSI score through different Loyalty promotion throughout the year.
Weekly/Monthly/ Analysis of Loyalty Development & Management Strategy and its impact on Churn and CSI.
Communicate, negotiate and launch of different partnership agreement with different companies as per strategy.
Weekly/ Monthly analysis of implementing loyalty development & management strategy and its impact on churn and CSI.
Business Graduate from a reputed university with majoring in Marketing.

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field.
Dynamic and self motivated with high personal integrity and loyalty.
Capable to handle stressful situation inside and outside the company.
Ensure timely & smooth execution of the targets given to him/her.
Relationship management with the existing client.
Basic computer skills with specialization in office application.
Able to see the value proposition of Shwapno to potential clients.
