Required Skills for Management Trainee HR & Compliance
Should have 2-6 years' experience with a reputed medium sized or large manufacturing company.
The person should be good at facts and figures.
Should be a graduate from any stream with good academics. PG qualification (MBA/ MSW) in HR mandatory.
Should be enthusiastic with the right attitude, Responsive & communicative.
Good communication skill
Good knowledge in MS-Excel.
The person should be a self-starter with "can do" attitude with good spoken & written skills, with good conceptual clarity & people skills.
Administrative issues at company
Order, issue, maintain stock of Stationery
Assist in Payroll processing
Preparation of different MIS
Assist in preparing documents for Appraisals, Training & development, Exit process, Final Settlements & Statutory Settlements etc.
To implement & institutionalize core HR initiatives related to Compensation and benefits, People Processes across the center.
In addition to the above, he would play a crucial role in maintaining cordial Employee Relations.
