Assistant Manager (Process Development)
Job Description / Responsibility
Synchronize production planning from sampling to finish goods receiving
Develop management monitoring system to bring expected outcome
Study and develop order development flowchart from fabric design to finished goods' order to ensure minimum lead time.
Monitor performance and improvement in key metrics on process related areas and evaluate outcome
Master/Graduate on Industrial Engineering from reputed university with a go getter attitude
3rd division/ Class/ CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examinations will not be considered.

Additional Job Requirements
7-8 years experience in Industrial Engineering & Planning division in textile industry with diversified products
Experience working with computer databases and tools such as Advanced MS-Excel, Macro & Access etc.
Have experience to work with international consultant regarding Lean Management
Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. Fluent English and Bengali proficiency preferred.
