The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure delivery of budgeted sales of cards on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Other key responsibilities of the role include - monitor the sales team's performance; make plans and take strategic actions to ensure the segmented business target; help ensure proper coordination between Sales, RFC and operations team of credit card and ensure compliance with CBL's and Bangladesh Bank's rules and regulations of the card business.

Maintain liaison with internal departments
4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline (preferably in business) from reputed universities.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a reputed company
Ability to handle complex situation.
Multi tasking ability.
