- Your primary responsibility will be the involvement of responding and resolving a variety of customer support inquiries from our clients through phone, email, and online chat with politeness and good manner.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
- SSC, HSC, O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Open to all but candidates have to have strong English speaking/writing skills since this role involves handling U.S.A. based customer service inquiries.
- Freshers with dedication and commitment are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level, HSC, SSC, Graduate, or Fluent English Speaker). The educational background won’t really matter for us as long as you can speak English fluently and have common-sense then you are kindly requested to apply.
