USA Call Center Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

Responsibilities
Assist customers with policy servicing, including changes, updates, billing questions, and coverage explanations.
Review customer accounts to confirm proper coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen protection.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Helping USA based team members with their assigned duties
Call customers reminding them about missing payments, home inspections, missing documents requests and other related tasks

Bachelor/Honors
Skills Required: Customer Relations, Customer Support, Computer Literacy, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Service Management, Communication in English
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

Requirements
Excellent English communication and listening skills.
2 years customer service related job experience
A-levels or Bachelor’s degree
Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality.
Ability to work the night shift (USA time zone).
Advanced computer knowledge.
