Assistant Manager (Night Shift)
Vacancy: 1 Job Context Night Shift (7 PM to 4 AM) Job Responsibilities Providing leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Setting clear, company-aligned goals and objectives for the team. Allocating resources efficiently, including assets and personnel, to support the team's success. Assessing and enhancing team performance is a core responsibility, involving feedback and performance improvement. Addressing complex issues and challenges that arise within the team, working on effective solutions. Monitoring the progress of team projects and activities, preparing reports for senior management to update them on the team's performance and achievements. Making decisions related to team operations, resource allocation, and problem resolution. Collaborating with the team to develop strategies and plans that support key objectives and business expansion. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges that could impact the team's success. Employment Status: Full-time Educational Requirements Bachelor degree in any discipline Candidates from Engineering or Business backgrounds are preferred. Skills Required: Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Very Good English Communication Skills Experience Requirements At least 4 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): People Management, People Performance Management, Quantitative data analysis, Strong negotiation skills Additional Requirements Age 26 to 32 years Both males and females are allowed to apply.
