Job Responsibilities:

·        Welcome wheelchair passengers with a friendly and polite attitude.

·        Efficiently operate wheelchairs in busy airport settings and adhere to   

                 regulations. 

·        Safely assist special needs passengers up and down stairs, in and out of

                 aircraft seats, and in and out of wheelchairs. 

·        Provide friendly, polite, and patient assistance to passengers by answering

                 questions, offering information, and addressing their needs. 

·        Work with gate and counter staff, security personnel, and other airport

                 personnel to ensure passengers' travel goes smoothly. 

·        Make sure wheelchairs are clean, functional, and prepared for use.

·        Keep accurate records by documenting passenger information and services

                  provided as needed.

Educational Requirements:

·        Minimum SSC. 

Skills Required:

·        Ability to work is a Shift.

·        Time Management.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to report any wheelchair issues to the supervisor.

·        Empathy and patience to understand and address the needs of passengers with disabilities.

·        Physical fitness and stamina to push wheelchairs, and stand for extended periods.

·        Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to providing exceptional care.

 

Additional Requirements:

·        Age 24 to 28 years

·        Only Females are allowed to apply.

·        Height: Minimum 5.2"

·        Physically Strong.

·        Good communication skills

·        Should have the habit of working under pressure.

·        Ability to work any shift.
