Memo No : 27.29.0000.011.11.007.20-038 Date : 02/04/2024 Job Opportunity Northern Electricity Supply Company PLC invites applications from eligible candidates from the bona fide citizens of Bangladesh for immediate appointment for the following post on contractual basis with renewal provision : SL Post Required Educational Qualifications and Experiences Age Limit as on 07/04/2024 No. of Posts Pay Grade & Compensation Package 1 Deputy General Manager (Legal & Company Affairs) a) At least Master Degree with 4 (Four) year Bachelor Degree in Law from any recognized university. b) 14 (Fourteen) years' work experience of which minimum 4 (Four) years' experience as a Manager/Equivalent position in relevant field. c) Able to demonstrate knowledge in Company Law, TQM, Corporate Governance and Strategic Management will get preferenc Maximum 50 Years 1 (One) Pay Grade-4 Basic Salary per month Taka 105000.00 plus* *House rent, festival bonuses, recognized provident fund, group insurance, encashment of earned leave, gratuity, medical allowances, conveyance allowances and other allowances will be provided as per company policy. Income tax shall have to be paid by the employee. General Conditions : Candidates passed in the grading system must possess at least a CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 5.00 and a CGPA 2.50 on a scale of 4.00 and passed in the conventional system (class/division) must possess at least 2nd class/division. Candidate having third Division/Class at any stage of academic career shall not be eligible. Must demonstrate strong participatory leadership ability. Must have strong communication skill in Bengali & English (written & oral) and computer literacy.
