🎓 Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field
📌 Additional Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in fertilizer or Agro sales
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with rural markets and cycles
- Willingness to travel and work in field
📋 Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products and other inputs
- Visit farms, markets, agro stores
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate farmers
- Collect feedback, competitor data
- Meet monthly sales targets & KPIs
- Maintain records of client interactions
- Engage with govt. agencies, key clients
- Provide training sessions to farmers
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback
- Prepare annual marketing budget
- Knowledge of fertilizer production process
- Self-motivated and travel-friendly
