Responsibilities & Context
- We are looking for fluent English and Hindi-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project.
- The working week is 4 days a week (18 days of work attendance per month).
- Must be willing to work long term (stay for 1 year or more).
- Work Time is 12 hours (8 PM To 8 PM) But it may change a bit according to the client`s needs.
- Job responsibility will include taking inbound calls and chats from Foreign customers (From India, and Europe) and solving their queries.
- Must be willing to work during Eid holidays (We pay an Extra Bonus for working in Eid) and other government holidays
