🎯 Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome Members & guests in a friendly and professional way.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently.
- Provide menu suggestions and answer queries about food and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area before and after service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards during service.
- Process billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Work with kitchen & bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
💡 Additional Requirements
- Experience in Club, Hotel, Resort, or Cultural Centre preferred.
- Strong communication & customer service skills.
- Smart, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
- Positive team player attitude.
